Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Coordinator

• Handle customers enquiries regarding general sales issues

• Responsible for the sales order processing and follow up

• Provide sales administration support to Sales Team

• Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

• Ordering materials including monitor on inventory level and shortages to maintain an efficient inventory

• Work closely with various departments to achieve on-time fulfillment and resolve supply issue

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 3 years relevant working experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft office application, especially in MS Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)

• Responsible, good working attitude and good communication skill

• Experience in sales-oriented, order & invoice processing is preferable

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
