Sales Consultant (Beauty Clinics)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our beauty clinics in Hong Kong. In this role, you will work closely with our clients, delivering personalized consultations and treatment recommendations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultations
  Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ beauty goals and recommend appropriate treatments.

• Sales & Relationship Management
  Drive new business opportunities, upsell services, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.

• Target Achievement
  Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or surpass monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

• CRM & Reporting
  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Prepare regular progress reports and analyses for management.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty, spa, or wellness industries.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).

• Skills:

  • Strong consultative selling capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and client data.

• Personality: Proactive, confident, and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for beauty and aesthetics.
