We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Hong Kong Central Store as Sales Associate. In this role, you will be more than a sales associate—you will be a trusted advisor, helping clients find the perfect piece to celebrate their most important moments. Your mission will be to engage clients with exceptional service, helping to build the Chellery brand by fostering strong relationships with our in-store clients.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation and stock management of the store
• Perform outstanding and professional customer service to achieve sales targets
• Manage social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram
• Prepare for and participate in some styled shooting events in Hong Kong
• Independently manage store operations and visual merchandising

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail
• Track record of outstanding sales performance
• Able to manage store operations and visual merchandising independently
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin would be a plus
• Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude
• Approachable personality and customer-service oriented
