What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent the Capture brand with professionalism, delivering excellent in-store sales and customer service.

• Understand customers’ needs, offer tailored solutions, and build meaningful client relationships.

• Proactively follow up on inbound leads via phone calls to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into sales.

• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and service excellence.

• Engage walk-in customers proactively and contribute to customer retention by maintaining strong Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Support inventory management, store operations, and special projects as assigned.

• Collaborate with a supportive team in a friendly and inclusive work environment.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail, Customer Service, or Hospitality.

• Passion for building long-term customer relationships and providing superior service.

• Strong phone communication skills and the ability to confidently follow up on leads.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude and high energy.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work on shifts on sat / sun.
