We are a renowned mattress manufacturer with extensive presence in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China. Since 1966, we helped our consumers to have healthy and luxury sleeping via innovative sleeping and mattress technologies. We provide leading sleeping solutions to our consumers via Airland stores, department stores & dealer networks, e-commerce and hotels as well.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively provide services to customers and ensure customers have the best shopping experience
• Provide product suggestions and details to best match with customer' needs
• Assist in the daily operation of the store, inculding product display, inventory management and cashier work
• Maintain good customer relation
• Experience in selling high-end mattresses is preferred
• With excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill

工作職責：

• 主動為顧客提供服務，協助推廣公司品牌，令顧客擁有良好的購物體驗
• 細心聆聽並了解顧客的需求，提供產品介紹及建議
• 協助店舖日常運作，包括產品陳列、倉存整理、收銀工作
• 維繫良好的顧客關係
• 曾有銷售高級床褥經驗者優先考慮
• 性格開朗、積極、細心、對提供顧客服務有熱誠
• 有責任感及團隊精神
• 具體工作地點將根據業務需要分配
