Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and document processing to the Business Development.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and relative documents etc.
  • Handle customer enquiries.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • On-job training will be provided.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales administration, fresh-graduate will be considered
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills & worked as a team player
  • Proactive self-starter, fast learner, good team spirit and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to keep up-to-date with technologies and market trends
