Sales Account Manager

Philex Job Description –  Sales Account Manager:

This means we are a trusted consumer electronics and DIY vendor with great customer relationships that provide our team with opportunities to grow our business. Philex is looking for someone who is results based, customer satisfaction focused and organsied, to ensure we open up new customer accounts and maximize opportunities with existing customers.

Philex has created an enviable supplier base across numerous consumer electronics and DIY product areas and is aggressively seeking new retail customers. We want someone who can help us build new relationships with national retailers. Experience with any national retailers or working in manufacturing companies or traders who supply national retailers would be an advantage.

Very aggressive commission package offered to make sure anyone who joins the team is well rewarded for opening new accounts.

Philex regularly gets enquiries from our customers to offer products and you would be asked to:

-       Correspond with customers to ascertain their product requirements

-       Correspond with suppliers and our design team to find or develop products our customer’s request

-       Negotiate pricing and terms (e.g. delivery) with suppliers

-       Creating sales presentations for customers

-       Attending and contributing to sales meetings with customers

Requirements:

-       English, Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency

-       Ability to travel to mainland China when needed (no quarantine required)

-       Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
