Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class quality customer service and meet the customers’ needs;
• Develop, establish and secure strong customer relationships with customers;
• Provide professional advice to customer and achieve the sales target;
• Coordinate with customer enquiries of product information and provide support;
• Provide assistance on store operation in boutique; and
• Maintain the proposed visual merchandising according to the corporate standards.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with sales experience in luxury retail/customer service field;
• Dedicated to luxury retail industry;
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated and passionate in personalized service;
• Proactive, Good team player, Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good customer focus with strong flair for story telling and able to build valuable relationships with customers;
• Cheerful, helpful and able to perform company’s standard of customer service
• Good computer knowledge and organization skills
