DUTIIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for room cleaning and turn down service to assigned guest rooms to ensure the overall cleanliness is up to hotel standard

負責清潔被分派的房間，並根據酒店標準保持客房的整潔

• Set up furniture and replenish room amenities to ensure the setup is up to hotel standard

根據酒店標準設置及補充房間內所有物品

• Report to supervisor of any mechanical defects to ensure everything is in good condition in guest room

向督導員匯報任何客房的破損，並確保一切狀態良好

• Handle and deliver guests’ requests professionally with smile

保持笑容及專業地處理每位客人的要求

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant working experience is preferred, or no experience but interested to join hospitality industry

有相關工作經驗者會優先考慮，亦歡迎沒有任何相關工作經驗但有興趣加入酒店行業的申請者

• Proficiency in Cantonese, able to communicate in basic Mandarin and English
