Retail Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support Professional Beauty Salon operations
• Provide administrative support to retail team, assisting with store openings, relocations, renovations, and various ad hoc projects
• Manage customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service
• Validate sales invoices and related documents for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and maintain general sales reports, ensuring data integrity
• Collaborate with the team on daily order processing and coordination activities
• Maintain organized filing and conduct stock takes
• Assist in promoting and selling products during events
• Calculate monthly payroll

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or above
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably in retail
• Independent, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both written and spoken)

• Proficient in MS Office
