Retail Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and operation support for Retail team
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for business review
  • Prepare ad hoc internal and market analysis to highlight opportunities and provide insight to make business decision
  • Work with the team to determine monthly store target and KPI to drive the business towards the company goal
  • Communicate and work closely between stores and office
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth promotion and new product launch to achieve monthly sales goal
  • Provide effective inventory control
  • Prepare monthly commission and incentive calculation for payroll
  • Support training sessions on operations procedure and share any new procedures and guidelines to store staff
  • Assist in store opening, relocation, renovation, maintenance issues and any other ad hoc projects


Job Requirements:

  • University degree holder in business or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience 

  • Experience in the beauty category will be an advantage
  • A fast learner and be able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded and excellent time management
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Numbers oriented with good analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. functions, pivot table, etc.)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
