Job Duties:

  • Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, including manpower scheduling, inventory update etc.
  • Monitor and maintain control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues.
  • Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and maximize the profitability to meet the company sales targets.
  • Ability to lead and motivate restaurant staff and kitchen team to build a strong team spirit.
  • Ensure positive guest experience, resolve customer complaints and take all appropriate actions.
  • Experiences in Italian Restaurant is definitely an advantage

Job Requirement:

  • University degree holder or equivalent.
  • Must have Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experiences in hospitality industry at supervisory level
  • Must have strong leadership, coaching skills, proactive and positive work attitude.
  • Must have customer oriented with strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Must be good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Must have good communication of written and spoken in English.
  • Immediate available is preferred

Working Location: Wan Chai
