Research Assistant (SCP/TSW)

Responsibilities:

• The Research Assistant is mainly deployed for smoking cessation service which may involve multi- tasks relating to one or a combination of the following functional area:
• To provide research and technical support
• To provide Quality Assessment of the Programme
• To design questionnaire and conduct survey
• Assist in doing media research and publication
• To assist in health activities for assessment
• Working location: Tin Shui Wai, Tai Po, Kwun Tong, Jordan

Requirement:

• University degree preferably in public health or statisticexperience in biostatistics is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Experience in community health setting preferable
• Good communication skills and open to working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
• Self-motivated, flexible, passionate in community engagement and patient-centered care
• Well versed in common computer applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Well verse in SPSS is definitely an advantage
• Familiar using online media for delivering health information is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Fluent in Chinese, use of South Asian language particularly Hindi, Nepali and Urdu will be an advantage
• Weekend and after office hours work may be required
