[Appointment period: 18 months]
Duties:
The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Pathways to Recovery: Empowering Change and Growth through Family and Peer support with Motivational Interviewing”.
Key responsibilities include:
-
conducting literature review;
-
assisting in the recruitment of participants;
-
assisting in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis;
-
conducting MITI coding for fidelity control;
-
implementing and coordinate project activities, including:
-
Liaising with external stakeholders
-
Managing administrative and financial tasks
-
-
performing any other duties as assigned by the Project Leader or his/her delegates.
Requirements:
Applicants should have an Associate Degree/Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Psychology, Social Work or other social sciences related disciplines or a good honours degree. Experience in peer counseling is an advantage.
Applicants should also:
-
have strong interests in addiction or family counselling research;
-
have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
-
have a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills;

graphic design, social media, video-editing skills and AI application knowledge will be in advantage and
-
be able to work independently
