Job Description
Project Title: Exploring the Role of Cultural and Social Capital in Inequalities of Children's Arts Education: A Comparative Study in the Greater Bay Area
[Appointment Period: 12 months]
The appointee will assist the project holder and other project members in various research activities. These tasks may include conducting literature searches, collecting and analyzing survey and interview data, preparing reports, managing administrative tasks, overseeing part-time student helpers, and other duties as assigned by the project leader. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Master’s Degree, in education, arts, social sciences or a related discipline. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior research experience.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
