About the Role:

Join our Chinese Medicine team and embark on a new journey in health!

We are looking for passionate teammates to launch a Chinese Medicine Smoking Cessation Project (CMSCP), providing comprehensive support to local residents in Hong Kong. This is a stimulating opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for community health.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing assessment methods in alignment with service specifications.
• Assisting in the preparation of statistical reports, marketing materials, and publications.
• Monitoring and regularly reviewing service data and assessment methods.
• Supporting health activities and general administrative tasks as needed.
• Managing inquiries and assisting in the operation of the service command center as required.

Requirements:

• University degree in social science, public health, or a related field; a strong statistical background is essential.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.
• A strong team player with self-motivation, flexibility, and a commitment to community engagement and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SPSS is highly desirable.
• Experience using online media for health information dissemination is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Weekend and after office hour work may be required
• Working location:  Work in Tai Po, Kwun Tong and Tin Shui Wai district alternatively
