POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
This position is key-person to communicate with our members, in order to provide accuracy information, quality member services as well as understand the needs of members.
Direct reports: Assistant Manager, Member Services
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Interacts with all levels throughout organization; members, customers, and vendors.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Act as a Company Ambassador to foster and strengthen the cordial partnership relations between the Company and the Members
Provides and maintain quality and professional services to members by promptly answering enquiries from local and overseas member, giving correct advice and assistance to members.
Process all kind of local and international orders from Members.
Assistant supervisor to resolve member’s complaints.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team from time to time
Skills/Education/Experience:
Diploma holder and above
1 years’ working experience as customer service role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
Proficiency in MS office application, Chinese word processing (min. 35 words/min)
Customer oriented with detail-minded, good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to be flexible in working hours and expected to work overtime as well as non-working day
The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment
