Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives across Greater China and SE Asia
- Manage and enhance distributor & KA relationships to ensure alignment with company goals and market execution.
- Lead E-commerce related projects and develop partnerships to strengthen digital sales and brand presence.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market coverage and customer base – Including B2C and B2B
- Monitor market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor movements to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive market initiatives and channel performance.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and detailed market reporting to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in regional sales, prefer in APAC
- Demonstrated ability in distributor/channel management.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on customer acquisition and relationship building.
- Working understanding of e-commerce business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
