About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our business.
What you'll be doing

Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner

Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient way

Manage incoming and outgoing courier services
-
Handle general office administration, including procurement of office supplies, and billing handling

Coordinate facilities management and liaise with the building service office

Support HR and administration with ad hoc assignments as needed
What we're looking for
-
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline

3-5 years of relevant experience in a sizable company

Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Detail-oriented, mature, and professional demeanor

Excellent and courteous phone etiquette
