職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls, greeting guests and arranging courier documents
  • Responsible for general office administrative duties, including office admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior experienc in receptionist / administrative supports is required
  • Polite, stable, proactive, punctual with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • With PC Knowledge in MS Word & Excel is an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
