Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join our team at our Kowloon Bay office. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and esteemed guests, providing exceptional reception service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner.

Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries with efficiency.

Manage and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Distribute and classify incoming letters and documents from various external parties.

Arrange for courier service and outgoing mailing.

Perform administrative tasks such as managing meeting room booking.

Assist in handling office stationery procurement and inventory record.

Ad-hoc project as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Completed DSE or HKCEE.

Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as a receptionist, preferably gained from sizeable companies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
