職位描述
- Arrange on-boarding and off-boarding logistics
- Oversea full spectrum of general office administration, managing office supplies, including but not limited to reception works, office equipment maintenance
- Handle supplier quotations and payment transactions
- Assist in organizing company's activities and staff events
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily office administration
- Assist in ad-hoc HR & Admin. projects as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience in human resources & administration, preferably gained with sizable organizations
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to details, organized, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
