職位描述

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the daily operation of the reception area
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in handling the office renovation projects
  • Assist in distributing incoming letters and managing the courier services
  • Assist in managing the access control and telephone system
  • Assist in performing other office administrative support to the Company such as placing orders of stationery, arrange to settle the office expenses, travel arrangement and other ad hoc duties

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Some relevant experience in handling clerical duties
  • Pleasant, mature, as well as good communication and initiative on work
  • Reasonable level of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and good telephone manner
