Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the daily operation of the reception area
- Handle incoming telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in handling the office renovation projects
- Assist in distributing incoming letters and managing the courier services
- Assist in managing the access control and telephone system
- Assist in performing other office administrative support to the Company such as placing orders of stationery, arrange to settle the office expenses, travel arrangement and other ad hoc duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above
- Some relevant experience in handling clerical duties
- Pleasant, mature, as well as good communication and initiative on work
- Reasonable level of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and good telephone manner
