Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive corporate image by providing courteous and professional reception services;
  • Perform reception duties including answering telephone calls, client gretting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation;
  • Provide general administrative support including procurement, office and eequipment maintenance, payment requistion, filing, etc.;
  • Coordinate staff events with external and internal parties;
  • Occasional outdoor duties (e.g. submit documents) when required;
  • CS support;
  • Maintain proper records & document filing;
  • Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Business Administration or related fields
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiar with MS office applications
  • Able to work in a team and as a good team player independently
  • Initiative, well-organized & responsible
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
