Our company is looking for an energetic candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience to strengthen our team. If you are looking for a great learning opportunities and career progression, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties such as handle inquiries from clients at the front desk or over the phone, reply emails from time to time
  • Provide professional and quality hospitality and reception services to clients
  • Support daily office administration duties to Administration Department such as but not limited to update telephone directory, manage conference room booking, handle travel arrangement, couriers ordering, document filing, office equipment procurement and office maintenance etc.
  • Assist in organising company events and activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties per assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in flight attendant, receptionist, office administration or customer services.
  • Manage to work under pressure with flexibility
  • Excellent telephone manner, pleasant, presentable, independent and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing)
  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
