Responsibilities

  • Perform reception role in handling incoming telephone calls, couriers, in/out mails & greeting visitors
  • Provide general clerical, administrative and operational support to the team
  • Handle general administrative duties, data entry, prepare reports, filing … etc.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in office administration and reception
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
