Job Description
· Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls, greeting guests and arranging courier documents
· Responsible for general office administrative duties, including office admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
· Responsible for the meeting room and company vehicle booking and arrangement
· Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to management
· Organize and manage appointments and travel arrangement
· Update and maintain the rosters, work allocation to domestic helpers and drivers
· Conduct office contracts renewal and insurances
· Handle renovation, liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
· Outdoor work (bank, post office, sending and receiving documents)
· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
· Prior experience in receptionist / administrative supports is required
· Polite, stable, proactive, punctual with strong sense of responsibility
· Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
· With PC Knowledge in MS Word & Excel is an advantage
· Immediate available is highly preferred
