Responsibilities:

Perform general receptionist duties

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Coordinate daily meetings, appointments and conference room booking

Assist in implementing a variety of office administrative functions

Responsible for payment and daily expenditure checking

Perform any other duties as required by the supervisors
Requirements:
-
HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
-
1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support / receptionist is an advantage
-
Good communication skill
-
Well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated, with positive and courteous manner
-
Familiar with MS Office application
