Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly

  • Answer and direct phone calls with an excellent telephone manner

  • Manage scheduling and appointments

  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed

  • Maintain a tidy reception area

     

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Presentable, cheerful, and a good team player
