R&D engineer (IoT, Hardware)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Preferred knowledge in:
• PCB design and system integration.
• Firmware programming (Arduino, STM32, etc.)
• Debugging high-speed electrical designs and characterizing transceiver performance.
• Programming skills in C/C++ and Python (preferred).
• Experience in the IoT industry (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes, logic analysers, etc.
• Ability to manage R&D projects, including:
• Literature review.
• Project design.
• Laboratory testing and analysis.
  
  
  

Product Development

• Guide projects from concept to system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and factories.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including customer-side engineers.
  
  
  

Additional Skills

• Proficiency in Altium Designer and SolidWorks (an advantage).
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Willing to travel occasionally to Mainland China or overseas.
• Experience overseeing R&D projects and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
