Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveyor with Degree / Associate Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Applicants with MHKIS / MRICS or similar professional qualification with minimum 3 to 5 years working experience are preferred. Applicants with 8 to 10 years working experience are expected for senior position
• Applicants without professional qualification but with all-rounded experience, preferably with experience working in QS consultants’ offices, may also apply
• Applicants are able to work independently
• Applicants for senior position are expected to have the ability to lead and manage teams
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
