Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Perform tender estimation, analysis and support
• Perform quantity surveying duties including measurement, variation valuation, claims preparation and administration

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Proficient in Mainland China's cost estimation regulations
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in main contractor and subcontractor side
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Quantity Surveying experience in civil project such as structural steel work, earthwork and tunnel work is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Immediate availability is preferred
