Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Kuly Construction & Engineering Company Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This full-time position is based in San Tin Yuen Long District and will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Services/Building related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experiences in civil disciplines is preferred
• Experience in NEC contract is preferred
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Good knowledge of general contract administration and quantity surveying skills is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with more experience and/or holder of professional membership such as MHKIS / MRICS may apply for “Senior Quantity Surveyor"

Job Duties:

Measurement, estimation, tendering, cost control, contract administration, final accounts

·       Support the team leaders on assignments for project delivery

Assist in the preparation of contractual claims
