Quantity Surveyor (Mainly in formwork)

Our construction company is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor with 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in handling monthly interim payments for structure, builder works project. Additionally, you will assist the company in tender preparation, with the pricing being handled by others.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.

     至少5年以上工料測量相關工作經驗。
 

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

良好的分析能力和注重細節。

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle monthly interim payments for structure, builder works mainly in Formwork (traditional formwork and aluminium formwork etc.)
• 處理樓宇結構、主要處理模板工程 (傳統釘板及鋁板等）項目的每月上糧單工作。

Assist in tender preparation, including document preparation and coordination.

協助招標準備工作，包括文件準備和協調。

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

與內部團隊和外部利益相關者合作，確保準確和及時的糧款處理
