Purchasing Officer

• Experience in F&B Field
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for material planning and order management
• Follow up from quotation, sampling and order processing
• Follow-up purchase orders with suppliers/productions to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare delivery schedule and support in sourcing
• Measures and monitors supplier performance
• Manage and update all orders & purchasing documents periodically
• Perform store checking regularly to ensure sufficient inventories for sale

Requirements

• F5/DSE or above with at least 2 years experience in purchasing and logistics
• Good problem solving, analytical skills and numerical ability
• Good price negotiation and cost control skills
• A team player with good communication skills with internal and external parties
• Detail oriented, with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, integrity, positive attitude.
• Familiar with MS Office operation, including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
