Purchasing Assistant

Job responsibilities:

• Raise purchase orders and maintaining procurement records
• Work with warehouse personnel to check whether delivery quantities match order quantities and records
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.6 / DSE graduates
• Minimum 1 year’ s relevant experience
• Experience in medical supply chain operation is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, well-organized and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
