Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall management of a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and luxury residential properties or site management
  • Manage and supervise a team to maintain high level of daily operations and handle customer enquiries / complaints
  • Provide all-round support to Incorporated Owners in monitoring building security, cleansing and maintenance service and attend owners meeting periodically
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Assist other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Professional Diploma in Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying
  • Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH/ HKIS / RPHM or equivalent
  • Holder of PML (Tier 1) license by PMSA
  • At least 3 or above years’ experience in managing mixed portfolio of properties or site
  • Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Conversant with the DMC / BMO and related ordinances
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Property Manager
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
