**Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

Job Description:

• Min. 5 yrs experience in property management in which at least 2-3 yrs in supervisory level
• Good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure
• Responsible for daily operation and management of an estate or a portfolio of private premises
• Being member of HKIH/CIH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
