Property Leasing Officer

Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Limited, a listed property company has the following vacancy with extremely good career prospects:

Excellent future prospect with salary ranged from HK$17,000 to HK$25,000 for right applicant.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage property leasing operations

- Plan and execute leasing marketing activities

- Handle leasing contract negotiation and management

- Coordinate relationships between property tenants and owners

- Coordinate and Monitor the performance of contractors

- Supervise rent collection and payment processes

Requirements:

- Prior experience in property leasing management is an advantage

- Familiarity with real estate market and regulations

- Candidate with Estate Agent License (Salesperson or Estate Agent) is an advantage

- Knowledge of Google Drive or Google Workspace is an advantage
