Project/Service Engineer (AV/ ELV/ IT) (5 Days Work)

Duties:

• Carry out operating system and application installation, administration and on-going support;
• Setup and support IT/AV equipment in all activities;
• Create drawings used in design and installation;
• Schedule and monitor engineering tasks;
• Manage the team of engineers/subcontractors working on the project;
• Design testing methods to monitor the overall quality of the project;
• Provide training workshops of various systems to users;
• Follow up clients’ technical issues with suppliers/subcontractors;
• Daily health check for I.T. related hardware and software;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineering or IT related disciplines with professional qualification preferable;
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience;
• Experience in display, IOT solutions, ELV systems or E&M installation is an advantage;
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN, TCP/IP and network management;
• Knowledge of MS Visio / AutoCAD / any software for preparing schematic diagram or network diagram;
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Detail-minded, high flexibility and well-organized;
• Strong problem solving & analytical ability;
• Good communication & coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
