Project Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and oversee project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow projections.
• Track and manage project expenses, addressing any discrepancies in costs.
• Draft and negotiate contract documents, amendments, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Offer commercial and contractual guidance to the project team.
• Aid in the execution of efficient procurement strategies.
• Spot opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.
• Help prepare tenders and bids.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• With NEC Contract experience is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
• Candidate with less experiences could be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
