AC&P is the leading retail storytelling group for luxury brands in Asia Pacific Travel Retail with 5 Offices across Asia, comprises of three separate teams – Retail Fitting Out, Visual Merchandising & Retail Staffing. We work with our clients to create spaces of surprise and emotion based on the brand identity and commercial objectives. Combining creativity, production expertise and supply-chain efficiencies, we develop and bring sensational retail concepts to life for the world’s most iconic luxury brands in spaces ranging from mall atriums to luxury boutiques and airports across Asia Pacific, and with scale ranging from pop-up stores to in-store window display.

As an Project Manager under the Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for managing a team of project coordinators to execute our Creative Intent in each visual merchandising projects from pop-up stores to window displays in Airports across Asia Pacific, and ensuring all are completed on time and within budget. You will play an important role in the operational part of our creative execution and advise on the creative development of concepts you will be executing on.

Responsibilities

Project Management

•⁠  ⁠Responsible for managing all aspects of project execution to ensure all are completed on-time and within budget, ensure project execution exceeds our execution standards.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Work closely with Creative Team, Account Management, vendors and suppliers in the execution process.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Analyse and develop KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Strong sense to identify potential project risks at early stage and formulate solutions.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful and profitable execution of each project.

Team Leadership

•⁠  ⁠Lead a team of Project Coordinators in overseeing individual project management.

•⁠  ⁠Develop and implement new ways of working that allow the team to deliver quality work better and more professional.

Procurement

•⁠  ⁠Compare and evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate contract terms of agreements and pricing

•⁠  ⁠Maintain market cost benchmarks to understand budget requirements on each projects.

•⁠  ⁠Conduct research on potential new vendors or sub-contractors across Asia Pacific.

•⁠  ⁠Regular factory visit on existing and new vendors to assess production capacity and quality of suppliers..•⁠  ⁠Regularly review and benchmark the price,  and delivery date of suppliers.

•⁠  ⁠Develop strategic relationships with existing and new vendors to mitigate supply chain risks.

Minimum Qualifications

•⁠  ⁠8+ year relevant experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design or Construction for Luxury Brands.

•⁠  ⁠3+ year relevant experience in APAC Travel Retail in agency capacity.

•⁠  ⁠Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) for a portfolio of projects.

•⁠  ⁠Team leadership experience is a must.

•⁠  ⁠Proficiencies in 3D & 2D Software (i.e. 3D Studio Max, Solidworks, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator…etc)

•⁠  ⁠Ability to maintain alignment between day-to-day project management and overall strategic direction.

•⁠  ⁠Detail-Oriented, Organized and Dedicated, Proactive and Enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

•⁠  ⁠Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
