Roles and Responsibilities

·         By reporting to the management of Retail Design and Project team, this role is to provide and all-round support in monitoring and managing the refit and renovation work of point of sales including design, construction progress, quality management and liaison with the retailers and contractors;

·         Facilitate communication among key stakeholders during the design phase and all phases of construction to ensure projects are in line with brand business objectives

·         Perform on-site visit and handle the necessary follow-up with the head office and also external parties

·         Responsible for both of cost and quality control in accordance to the global standard.

·         Liaise with retailers and external contractors for aligning the standard and overall progress;

·         To manage and ensure all facilities and maintenance related work are up to company’s guideline and standard;

·         Preparation of required project documents in promptly manner.

Requirements

·         Tertiary education, preferably in architecture or interior design or building related discipline;

·         Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in retailing, consumer goods or contractors

·         Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

·         Effective time and team management with strong communication and organization skills;

Excellent attention to detail, ability to execute flawlessly, strong project management skills;

·         Willing to have occasional business travel;

·         Proficient to Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. ArchiCAD is a plus.
