Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Company Background:

Tysan Building Construction Company Limited is focused on the new building (Institutional / Commercial and Residential) projects and A&A projects in the HK market. We are now looking for a team leader that is experienced in Residential Building and Commercial Superstructure construction.

Responsibilities:

The role involves overseeing the project management of building-related projects, with a preference for experience in residential buildings. Responsibilities include monitoring the progress of the projects to ensure that works are completed on time, as well as preparing and maintaining master and work programmes. The position also requires coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution. Additionally, the role entails managing the internal construction team and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

The applicant should hold a degree or higher in Civil and Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of solid construction experience in project management and a minimum of 3 years in a project-in-charge role specifically for residential projects. Having a Building Department AS qualification is preferred to meet the requirements of this position.
