Sentian Spatial Construction Limited is a main contracting company specialized in renovation and construction of commercial interiors.  Sentian provides a wide range of services including but not limited to construction, fitting out, reinstatement, MEP design, fixed & loose furniture, construction management, design implementation and shop drawings. To cater for its development, we are now looking for high caliber individual to join our company as:

Project Manager (Fit-Out Project)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•    Responsible for managing various types of new, re-stack fit-out and reinstatement projects within the approved time frame and budget for the group in Hong Kong and China

•    Ensure project executions are on time, within budget and in good quality

•    Track, develop and report the ongoing progress, ensure quality and safety standards are met

•    Coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, suppliers  and internal parties with regard to the project progress

•    Manage Project Profit & Loss and valuation of variation and claim

•    Lead team members to prepare project documents, meeting minutes, agenda etc.

•    Strong in communication, organization, time management, inter-personal skills.  Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, be proactive and able to work in team environment

•    Manage and review tender documents and quotation

•    Willing to work overtime and under pressure

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Degree / Diploma in Building Studies/Construction/Engineering/Environmental Science

•    5 years of experience or above in relevant field

•    Solid experience in overseeing high quality office fit-out contracting projects, overall project planning

•    Strong leadership skills, aggressive personality, good internal & external communication skills, can work under high pressure and meet deadline

•    Experience in office fitting out works preferred

•    Knowledge of interior design drawings & project management software

•    Good Spoken & written English and Chinese
