Project Manager

Responsibility:

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of works and preparation of master and working programme;
• Monitor budget and cost, project planning, quality and safety of project;
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, etc. to achieve defined objectives on the project;
• Ensure the work progress are fully comply with local regulation and statutory requirement;

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of working experience
• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subject preferred
• Experience in Main Contractor preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, mature, independent
