Project Manager

Duties

• Project management including quotation / tendering, budget control, project planning and project coordination.
• Manage project to assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
• Handle payment and VO application, certify sub-contractor payment and monitor project profit & loss
• Handle project documentation and correspondence;

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in fit-out / maintenance projects;
• Higher diploma or above in architectural/Interior design/construction management/engineering or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of project planning, coordination and reporting;
• Detailed mind and able to handle multi-tasks;
• Good at IT literacy, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (preferred)
