We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with strong business analysis skills to join our dynamic team and work at our client office. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals while utilizing analytical skills to drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities across various departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Business Analysis:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Present project updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP, or similar project management and business analysis certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT, BPMN).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
