We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with strong business analysis skills to join our dynamic team and work at our client office. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals while utilizing analytical skills to drive business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities across various departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Business Analysis:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Stakeholder Management:
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Present project updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, or similar project management and business analysis certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT, BPMN).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
