The Opportunity:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise GenAI solutions for our clients. You'll leverage your expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile, and your experience in client servicing to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Your prior experience in solution integrators and ideally public organizations or government will be crucial in understanding the unique challenges and requirements of our target market.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Utilize Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and ensure continuous improvement.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing regular project updates.

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.

• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to achieve project goals.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and adherence to established processes.

• Project Reporting & Communication: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering enterprise business solutions.

• Mandatory: At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise business solutions.

• Preferred: Experience working with public organizations or government entities.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Excellent client servicing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience working in large solution integrators is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with AI or virtual assistant technologies is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
