Project Manager, Fire Services

What you will do

This person will join the Fire Service project team in Hong Kong. He/she will monitor and supervise installation activities and make sure the projects are completed on time & within budget. Also ensure the design and installation of Fire Serviceequipment’s are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients. 

How you will do it

• Responsible for overall control and monitor in Fire Services project
• Manage and handle Fire Services projects management
• Responsible for submission and review the comment from consultant and clients
• Liaise with sub-contractor for on-site progress and to ensure the workmanship in according to contract standard
• Responsible for tender submission, cost estimation and equipment review, experience in tendering the government job is definitely advantage

What we look for
Required

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• With a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in fire system project management
• Knowledge in International Building Code is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Familiar with Fire Codes and Standards
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and site supervision skills
• Strong organizing, planning ability with problem solving skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

Preferred

• Grade I Licensed Plumber
• Class 3 Registered Fire Services Installation Contractors
